MarinaRSVP System Options

 

 

1. An Online Yacht/Boat/PWC Rental System which allows users to:

  • Select the boat or personal watercraft that they wish to rent;
  • See exactly when the product they want is available;
  • Immediately book a reservation
  • Pay online for the required rental deposit via credit card, debit card, or check;
  • Get an instant confirmation of their reservation as well as a copy emailed to them immediately;
  • Integrate utilization-sensitive rates allowing your marina to easily program rate changes if your firm chooses to charge more on holiday weekends than during the week;
  • Provide up-to-the-minute availability scheduling with the option to denote a make-ready time for rental items between rentals;
  • Include a list of suggested options for each rental (water skis for ski boat rentals, etc.) allowing immediate up-sell capabilities; and
  • This yacht/boat/pwc rental system fully interacts with all other segments of the system, making your marina’s boat rental reservations available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year;

 

2. Non-GPS based Yacht And Boat Tracking Module. This module is used by dock-hands, technicians, management, etc. to log the location of any boat that is moved, stored, or temporarily relocated, so that the exact location of any boat can always be instantly determined;

 

3. Prospective Renters Report that tracks prospective renters as well as renters interested in certain slips/assets and then automatically sends the prospective client and the marina manager an email when one of the requested slips becomes available;

 

4. A Rental Transfer Request Report which tracks renters interested in transferring from an existing rental slip to certain other slips and then automatically sends the prospective client and the marina manager an email when one of the requested slips becomes available or is flagged as not renewing;

 

5. A Non-Renewing Rentals Report for marina managers showing which slips and renters have decided to not renew their rentals/leases;

 

6. A Boat Registration/Verification Module which easily tracks all boat registration numbers and expiration dates and reminds both the marina management team as well as the boat owner of any boats that have registration expiring within x (i.e. 60) days and tracks those boats daily until the new registration documents are approved by the marina staff and uploaded to the MarinaRSVP system. Uploads can be done by marina staff, the boat owner, or both at the discretion of the marina;

 

7. A Boat Insurance/Verification Module which easily tracks all boat insurance policies and expiration dates and reminds both the marina management team as well as the boat owner of any boats that have insurance policies expiring within x (i.e. 60) days and tracks those boats daily until the new insurance documents are approved by the marina staff and uploaded to the MarinaRSVP system. Uploads can be done by marina staff, the boat owner, or both at the discretion of the marina;

 

8. A Consumables Module which includes the ability for marina managers and staff to input water meter readings, electrical meter readings, fuel usage charges, trash disposal charges, etc. These have a start date, start reading, reading date, last reading, and figure the difference between the two, multiply that figure by a marina administrator defined factor, come-up with an additional invoice amount for the service, and add that sum to the slips rental invoice. This feature will also be able to be implemented for various other services that your marina(s) may provide;

 

9. A Boat Sales Storefront Module with boats for sale being displayed in a clickable listing format that allows online customers to select and preview information about the boats listed, and place a deposit for a particular boat or watercraft online utilizing cash, checks, or major bank cards;

 

10. A Lift Rental/Sales Storefront Module with lifts for sale or rent being displayed in a clickable listing format that allows online customers to select and preview information about the lifts listed, and place a deposit for a particular lift online utilizing cash, checks, or major bank cards;


11. A Water Toys Storefront Module with various specialized items that are for sale and/or rent being displayed in a clickable listing format that allows online customers to select and preview information about the items listed, and place a deposit for rental items or outright purchase items for sale online utilizing cash, checks, or major bank cards;


12. A Boat Care Services Storefront with products and services (i.e. boat wash, boat wax, etc.) displayed in a clickable listing format that allows online customers to preview, select, and purchase the products and/or services displayed online utilizing cash, checks, or major bank cards;

 

13. A VIP Valet Services Storefront Module with products and services displayed in a clickable listing format that allows online customers to preview, select, and purchase the products and/or services displayed online utilizing cash, checks, or major bank cards;

 

14. MarinaRSVP's Real-Time POS (Point Of Sale) System is a per department installation for the administrators, managers, and employees that facilitates easy entry of rentals, sales, line item inventory entry and reporting, inventory transfers, and the ability to interface with UPC code scanners and computer-based cash drawers. This interface has access rights based upon the user’s log-in codes (all of which are administration definable), as well as contain a full integration with QuickBooks, PeachTree Accounting, or other major accounting packages;

 

15. Food and Beverage Implementation. The MarinaRSVP POS System seamlessly integrates with this module for making/tracking table reservations, lounge sales, restaurant sales, take-out orders, etc. Featuring touch-screen monitor, cash register replacement, and remote printing capabilities, this easy to use system will enhance your service to members and customers by allowing for:

17. Remote Printing Module (requires either MarinaRSVP POS or PixelPoint POS integration). As orders are entered in the POS, the Remote Printing Module will print orders to designated printers on the network depending upon the item type, without any user intervention. Whether you want to print drink orders to the bar, or food orders and preparation instructions to the kitchen, MarinaRSVP's Remote Printing Module will help you get your customers served even faster;

 

18. An Event Planning Module which allows your marina's staff, members, and guests to easily:
  • View online rentals of meeting rooms, make reservations for events and tours, select seating, reserve dive times, and more;
  • Click on the image or a short description of the event or meeting room that they are interested in, view as many photographs and as much of a description of the event or meeting room as you and your staff wish to use;
  • Select the rental term or number of seats that they want;
  • Immediately book a reservation online;
  • Pay online the required deposit/fee with their credit card, debit card, or check; and
  • Get an instant confirmation of their reservation as well as a copy emailed to them immediately;

 

19. An Event Ticket Printing Module is available as either a stand-alone module or bundled with our Event Planning Module. This module allows for the quick and easy design and printing of preformatted tickets for events in almost any format that you desire;

 

20. Employee Project Time Tracking (magnetic card or keyboard) (requires either MarinaRSVP POS or PixelPoint POS integration) and acts as a time-card system as well as a time logged on projects system;

 

21. Detailed Staff Tasks/Admin Module which allows certain marina staff (selectable by the marina's administration staff) to receive and track daily assignments from the MarinaRSVP system, administrators, qualified staff, and/or members and customers;

 

22. Magnetic Card Charge Integration Module allows for plain or custom imprinted magnetic cards and/or key fobs to track member charges. This module also allows employees to clock-in/clock-out utilizing their magnetic cards and/or key fobs and be utilized as an employee time card and/or an hourly accounting feature;

 

23. Online RV Park/Campsite/Cabin Reservation System that allows online users and campground staff to:

  • Be presented with a clickable map of the project detailing its buildings, attractions, features, pathways and storage facilities. All of the cabins and/or sites shall be marked in either red denoting what is unavailable or green showing what is available for any desired date range. Clicking on a particular unit shall provide photos as well as full details of unit and its features;
  • Immediately reserve the unit online for their required duration;
  • Pay online for the required unit's deposit via credit card, debit card or check;
  • Get an instant confirmation of their reservation as well as a copy emailed to them immediately;
  • This RV Park/Campsite/Cabin Reservation System will fully co-operate with all other segments of the system, including other stores and services, through the systems integrated shopping cart, making your marina’s online RV Park, Campsite, and Cabin reservations available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year;

 

24. An Online Boat Slip/Storage Sales System that allows online users and marina staff to:

  • Be presented with a clickable map of the marina detailing the marina, its buildings, shorelines, docks, and features, as well as all of the marina’s moorings, slips and storage facilities. All of the marina’s slips and boat storage facilities shall be marked in either red denoting what is unavailable or green showing what is available. Clicking on a particular slip or storage unit shall provide photos as well as full details of the unit and its features;
  • Immediately have documentation for that unit sent to them via email in a secure PDF format;
  • Track all sales/information requests with Requestor’s Name, Requestor’s Email Address, Slip Number That Information Was Requested For, Date Of Request, Documents Sent, and more;

 

25. An Online Lot Sales System that allows online users and marina staff to:

  • Be presented with a clickable map of the project detailing the project its amenities, as well as any lots available to purchase. All of the lots shall be marked in either red denoting what is unavailable or green showing what is available. Clicking on a particular lot shall provide photos as well as full details of the unit and its features;
    Immediately have documentation for that lot sent to them via email in a secure PDF format;

29. Boatyard Parts And Service Management Module that provides your marina or boatyard with a powerful system where:

  • Parts and materials are integrated in to our POS system database where quantity, availability, and the parts or materials exact location (i.e. shop C, shelf 1, bin C365) are easily accessed by techs and staff;
  • The marina manager can easily mark-up the parts and materials by a either certain percentage point, by a random figure, for a combination of both for standardized pricing;
  • Standardized pricing can be quickly altered on a per bid, per ticket, or per customer basis by the marina or boatyard manager to meet the requirements of any particular bid, ticket, or order;
  • Employees quickly log in to a job and their work on that job is tracked as well as any parts and/or materials that they use;
  • Parts are easily signed out by employees by assigning those parts to a particular job, ticket, or assignment;
  • Employee hours are logged and tracked by bids completed, assignments, order ticket, hours on a job/ticket, and by the employee;
  • Employee hours can easily be marked-up by either a percentage, a fixed cost, or a combination of both by the parts and service manager to meet the requirements of any job cost structure;
  • Jobs can be bid and tracked through the system showing the parts cost to the marina or boatyard, the marina's bill-out charge for the parts, the techs, jobbers, and/or staff assigned to the job, the cost of each tech, jobber, or staff member assigned to the job, the estimated profitability of the job, the estimated time to complete the job, the clients name, the boat name, the bid date, the job number, and more, all of which are tracked by our Parts and Service Management System;
  • Daily assignment sheets are automatically structured for each employee based upon the managers assignment of tasks, current jobs/tickets in progress, the employee's specific work task assignments, and the marina or boatyards work-flow;
  • Reports for work orders/assignments for employees, service tickets, parts tickets, and more can easily be printed by the appropriate marina or boatyard staff;
  • MarinaRSVP has the ability to add custom API’s for accessing parts and service databases such as those used by Mercruiser, Volvo/Penta and others as well as interface their parts and service libraries, ordering requirements, and their costs, into our system and have the parts manager be able to look-up a part that they need for a job and that they do not have in inventory, order the part using the system, and invoice it to a customer marking it up by a certain percentage point or by a random figure. The same applies for large parts catalogues from local, national, and international suppliers; and
